15×23 SUBLIMATION MDF SHEETS – PRE SALE
This is a presale for our 15.7″ x 23.6 MDF Sheets. Our MDF sheets press beautifully and professionally, ensuring your laser-cut designs are nothing short of perfection.
Item Details:
- SOLD BY THE CASE
- 3mm double-sided comes with 20 sheets per case
- 5mm Single-sided with black back comes with 15 sheets per case.
- Comes in a Gloss finish.
- Comes with a protective film that says “peel”
- FREE SHIPPING US CONTINENTAL STATE (HAWAII AND ALASKA NOT INCLUDED)
- PRE-SALE CLOSES 05/09/25. The estimated delivery to our location 45-55 days.

Laser Cutting Instructions:
Material Thickness and Settings:
- 3mm Material:
- Power: 65%
- Speed: 20 mm/s
- Note: With a freshly cleaned lens, settings can be adjusted to Power 60% and Speed 20 mm/s.
- 5mm Material:
- Power: 75%
- Speed: 10 mm/s
- Note: With a freshly cleaned lens, settings can be adjusted to Power 75% and Speed 12 mm/s.
General Tips:
- Lens Maintenance: Ensure the lenses are clean for optimal cutting performance. Cleaner lenses can significantly affect the quality and efficiency of your cuts. Regularly cleaning the lens can allow for more efficient settings, as indicated in the notes above.
Starting Recommendations:
- These settings are a starting recommended point. You may have to adjust your power, speed, and air-assist settings based on your specific laser cutter brand.
- If you have any issues, please contact support for the manufacture of your Laser requesting settings for laser cutting 3mm MDF & 5mm MDF.
Pressing Instructions:
- REMOVE PROTECTIVE FILM
- Place the transfer face down on the mdf.
- Our recommended STARTING time and temp is 375 degrees for 45 seconds. (you may have to adjust based on your equipment)
- Remove the transfer paper immediately.
- Allow to cool before pressing the opposite side for double-sided MDF
