Introducing our 3.5-inch round sublimation MDF disk. Available in packs of 10! Made from high-quality 3mm thick MDF (Medium-Density Fiberboard), this disk is perfect for your sublimation printing needs.
Each disk has a smooth, white sublimation coating on both sides, ensuring vibrant and long-lasting images. The double-sided feature allows for even more design possibilities, giving you the option to create different designs on each side, or even a reversible design.
This disk comes without any pre-drilled holes, giving you complete creative freedom to customize it as you wish. Whether you want to create a custom set of coasters, buttons, or magnets, this blank disk is perfect for your sublimation printing projects.
The 3.5-inch size is compact and easy to handle, while the 3mm thickness provides durability and sturdiness. And with the convenience of a pack of 10, you’ll have plenty of disks to work with for multiple projects.
Pressing Instructions:
- Remove the film from the white side of the substrate.
- Remove any brown residue using a soft, damp cloth with a tad bit of soap.
- Place transfer Facedown MDF face up.
- Normal press for 50 seconds @ 370 degrees medium pressure. (Time and temp may vary based on heat press)
- If using heat tape please allow cooling before removing the tape.
