Pressing Instructions:

(These guidelines serve as a starting point; adjustments may be necessary based on your equipment)

1. Print the design on sublimation paper and ensure the image is mirrored.
2. Remove the protective film from both sides of the substrate.
3. Place the printed image face down onto the substrate.
4. Apply medium pressure.
5. Set your heat press to 375-385 degrees Fahrenheit.
6. Press the substrate with the image for 50 seconds.

Adjustments to temperature, pressure, and time may be needed to achieve the desired results, depending on your specific equipment and materials.
