PRESSING INSTRUCTIONS

(These instructions serve as a general guideline; please adjust settings as needed for your equipment)

1. Print your design onto sublimation paper.
2. Remove the protective film from both sides of the MDF substrate.
3. Place the white coating side of the substrate on top of the transfer.
4. Press with Transfer facing down on the heat press.
5. Apply medium pressure.
6. Press for 45-50 seconds at 375-385 degrees Fahrenheit.
7. Allow to cool for 1 minute before pressing opposite side.
