Important Shop Updates & Exciting New Beginnings

Hey Hale Bound Family,

First off, I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to each of you for standing by us during a challenging 2024. The economy has tested everyone, and yet here you are, still supporting our small, veteran-owned business. Your loyalty truly means the world to us, and we’re so thankful for every order, every message, and every bit of encouragement. Your support keeps us motivated, and I want you to know you’re the reason we keep moving forward.

During 2024, we faced a big change, moving from our spacious 6,000 sq ft facility to a much smaller 1,000 sq ft warehouse and craft room. It’s been tough—on me, the team, and, honestly, on my mental health. But through this, I’ve come to realize that while some doors close, others open with new possibilities. In this spirit, I’m thrilled to announce I’ll be stepping into a new role in the mental health industry, a field that’s close to my heart. But rest assured, Hale Bound Company is here to stay, and I’m committed to making this transition smooth for all of us.

Starting November 11, 2024, we’ll be implementing our new transition plan, aiming for a seamless start to 2025:

Customer Service Hours: Our customer service hours will shift to 8 am – 12 pm Monday-Thursday and 7 am – 11 am on Fridays. All messages and emails received after hours will be addressed the following business day.

Product Focus: To better serve you and our niche, we’ll be streamlining our product offerings to prioritize our top-performing laser-cut items, like Acrylic and MDF (with Birch wood in the works). We’ll also keep offering select items in stock or through group buys, including Poly-Linen, Garden Flags, Chaplip & Quarter Holders, Air Fresheners, and foldable fans. Given our limited space, we’ll focus on what sells best and keep things moving.

Inventory Clear-Out Sales: Be on the lookout via email and Facebook for huge sales on inventory we won’t be restocking! Once it’s gone, it’s gone—so act fast to snag these items at great prices.

For any products we’ll no longer carry, I recommend trusted suppliers like Coney Island Transfer, JDS, Johnsons Plastic Plus, and Conde, who have been fantastic alternatives.
